The first “step” in my journey to better health-other than completely adjusting my diet- was signing up for my first ever 5k challenge. Of course….in my usual style…it’s go big or go home. The first 5k challenge is actually THREE 5ks that I will complete between June and August of this year. Since this is my first ever official fitness “competition”, I’ll be walking rather than running, but I commented to my husband that this could be the start of something, as I’ve had a secret goal for YEARS of completing the Walt Disney World Marathon…or at least the Princess Half. It’s true…the Mouse truly is Magic!
